Partnership enquiries

We process your name, company, role, work email, phone number, area of interest and message to respond to your enquiry and assess a potential partnership.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a potential contract or Living Bau’s legitimate interest in organising and documenting business communication. Required fields are needed to identify and process the enquiry.

Website operation and statistics

Cloudflare and Vercel may process the IP address and technical request and security data to deliver the website securely and prevent abuse. With your separate consent, we enable anonymised, aggregated Vercel Analytics website statistics.

Living Bau does not create advertising profiles or make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects for you.

Service providers and transfers

We use Cloudflare, Inc. for DNS, TLS and security proxy services; Vercel, Inc. for hosting; Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend) for form email delivery; and Google Workspace for received business communication. Access is limited to authorised people and providers where needed to deliver these services.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, transfers rely on a European Commission adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

We retain partnership enquiries for no longer than 12 months after the last substantive communication unless a contract is concluded or the data is needed to protect legal claims. The cookie choice is stored for up to 6 months. Technical and analytics data follows provider terms and project settings; Living Bau does not create an additional identifiable visitor archive.

Your rights

You may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data and to object to processing. You can withdraw statistics consent at any time through Cookie settings without affecting prior lawful processing.
